INGREDIENTS
Smoked Haddock (yellow/natural)
2 x Fresh chopped Chillies
1 x Fresh chopped Garlic Clove
6 x Fresh chopped Vine Tomatoes
1tbs Olive Oil
Knob of Butter
100ml of Milk
METHOD
- Chop the fresh Vine Tomatoes, Chillies & Garlic
- Heat frying pan with the Olive Oil
- Add the Vine Tomatoes, Chillies, Garlic and a knob of Butter
- Fry until soft, add the smoked haddock and fry for 4 minutes
- Add 100ml of Milk
- Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes
- Serve with rice, potatoes or chips
