INGREDIENTS

Smoked Haddock (yellow/natural)
2 x Fresh chopped Chillies
1 x Fresh chopped Garlic Clove
6 x Fresh chopped Vine Tomatoes
1tbs Olive Oil
Knob of Butter
100ml of Milk

METHOD

  1. Chop the fresh Vine Tomatoes, Chillies & Garlic
  2. Heat frying pan with the Olive Oil
  3. Add the Vine Tomatoes, Chillies, Garlic and a knob of Butter
  4. Fry until soft, add the smoked haddock and fry for 4 minutes
  5. Add 100ml of Milk
  6. Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes
  7. Serve with rice, potatoes or chips
